Step-by-Step Guide for Submitting the 90-Day Report Offline
  • Prepare copies of documents
Bring your passport, TM30, and visa. Immigration officers will ask for copies of all documents. Print your visa and make a copy of your passport’s main page.
  • Fill out form TM47
Go to the Immigration counter and tell the officer you want to submit your 90-day report.
They will give you the TM47 form to complete. Submit the form with your documents, take a queue number, and wait.
(The queue for 90-day reports usually moves quickly.)
  • Done
That’s it — your 90-day report is complete.
From the second time onward, you can file your report online.
Submitting the 90-Day Report Online
