Download the "DLT Smart Queue" app on your smartphone.
Select a DLT office and book an appointment.
- Note: In Phuket and other major cities during peak season, queues can be booked out for months—check nearby provinces (e.g., Krabi, Phang Nga).
Obtain a residence certificate and medical certificate

You can get a medical certificate at any clinic for 100–300 THB.
Visit the DLT office

On the scheduled day, arrive and join the queue. You will have your photo taken and be issued your new license.

Done!

Once these steps are completed, you will receive your renewed Thai driver's license.
